Q: What is your opinion on Essex Property Trust? It has come down a lot from its high as rates have risen. How does its valuation and balance sheet look? Does it provide good rebound potential assuming rates peak or are the California exodus and WFH trend real risks?

Q: Which company would recommend between TFII.TO or ODFL and why
Q: I have a small position in QCLN in my RRSP. It has dropped 35% since I bought it. I have some extra cash in that account and was wondering what you think of me adding to it. Do you like the fund overall? Is now a good time to add? The bulk of my RRSP is in an income fund, so I was hoping to add a bit of growth and was looking for something a bit different. Thanks.

Q: Hi,
Given the unknowns and volatility of the market would you rather hold TXF or XIT in the next 5 years for a 2.5% position? I'm will represented with US tech but only have CSU in my CDN fund.

Q: Do you have a current opinion on Gold Royalty, a streaming gold co. Thanks
Q: In looking at GE’s performance ytd, I was a bit surprised at how well it had done. I’m wondering what your thoughts are about starting a new position at these levels. Is it a long term buy and hold?
Thank you as always for the great advice!

iShares S&P U.S. Small-Cap Index ETF (XSMC)
Q: Hello, I asked a question, not long ago, on XSU. Thank you for your answer. Now, I would like you to compare it to XSMC. I know it is way smaller, but the returns have been much better the past 2 and 3 years, 15 to 20% better (I know they don’t follow the same index). This order of magnitude is still surprising to me, unless much of it is a function of the exchange rate fluctuation. I know it is difficult to evaluate, but is this outperformance likely to continue? Is the small size of this ETF a dealbreaker? Thanks.
Q: please provide and compare1. forward P/E 2.forward p/sales.3. forward p/cash flow to the 5 year metrics for MTD. thanks Richard

TD One-Click Aggressive ETF Portfolio (TOCA)
Q: I own TOCA. Performance has been OK. But less than I expected from an aggressive ETF. Do you know a similar ETF of ETFs , with little Canadian and income exposure? I have XAW too, which I prefer.
I also own VGRO but not very growth-oriented with too much income, so I might get rid of VGRO. Your thoughts?
Thanks.

Q: Hi 5i,
Horizon's is currently not creating any more units of HSAV.
The approximate HSAV AUM is currently $2.1B.
Is there a risk if an investor were to hold $1M of this ETF?
If yes, can you help explain the risk and a holding size you might
be comfortable with?

Q: Covid created the Virtual Office with many businesses opting to work from home using Zoom, Google Meet and MS Teams to name a few virtual meeting suppliers. Is there a potential looming on the horizon that office space will have a high vacancy rates and create pressure on REIT's that carry these empty spaces down the road?
Q: Why has Well dropped so much recently and would you say it is a buy, sell or hold at this time? I have no CDN healthcare at all and I'm looking for options?

Q: Hello Peter,
Thanks for your service. My renewal is coming up and yours is the only service i plan to renew.
For the three index funds, over a 5 year comparison, VFV out performs all , SPY 2nd and XSP is the last ... Why such a discrepancy? Am I better off with VFV going forward? Thanks
