Q: List your top 10 Canadian growth prospects in order and give details on why each is on the list. Also do same for US holdings. Many of your growth picks have declined much more than market and your customers may want to rejig their holdings.

Q: I noted with interest the Nov 16 question by Greg re how your personal portfolios have done this year because I was thinking of asking a related question but thought the answer might be along the lines of none of my business. But you did answer his, so here goes. In your personal portfolios do you try to market time and are you undiversified, being growth investors and all? I know you have said on occasion that you have a general audience and so your answers reflect that. And so you might not want folks to imitate you. And I get that. Still, I'm curious. thanks.

Q: This is a follow-up question where you suggested, "we would see no need to crystalize a gain on RY JUST to offset a loss. There may be other gains in the future, or one can offset a gain in prior years". I had a significant capital gain in 2021, If I don't sell RY to crystalize a gain in 2022, do you think that offsetting the JE loss in 2021 would be better than offsetting the loss in the future? Taxwise, my income is likely to be lower in 2022-2023 than in 2021, where I claimed significant capital gains.

Q: I may be incorrectly expecting downward pressure on oil prices given the likelihood of reduced demand from recessionary conditions. As a result I plan on exiting my position in Suncor and moving the funds elsewhere in hopes of capital appreciation. I follow the Balanced Portfolio with a few holdings of some other names you like. Wondering if you could provide a couple of Canadian companies you feel are undervalued right now regardless of sector. Don’t need the cash again for 10 years.

Q: What options would you consider, as a moderate risk-tolerant investor for maximum return on an unexpected $40K windfall? This would be for at least a 2-3 year period in a non-registered account. Interest-paying vehicles are not preferred. Please provide your preferred strategy, specific names, and reasons.

Thanks so much for the invaluable service provided by 5i.

Q: Hi Team,
You now recommend selling Lspd . I am down 40% on the name. What stock should I then replace it with with the highest probability of getting my investment back? Would a switch into Shop be wise? Currently they seem to trade fairly equivalent. Thanks
