Q: I'd like your assessment of MKB versus aggregate bond etfs like XBB, ZAG, and VAB. Has MKB performed better than the listed etfs? If it has performed better then is it because the etf has taken on additional risk to achieve the higher return? How might one incorporate MKB into the bond portion of their portfolio? Is it worth the higher fees?

Q: Good morning.

I noticed that KEY is going to switch from monthly payout to quarterly. Is this good, bad or neither? Pembina started that too this year. The dividends are the same but over the pass few years I notice a few stocks switching. I think Parklawn (PLC) did a few years ago as well as AD.UN. It just seems like more and more of my monthly payers are switching to quarterly.

Q: I have been looking at both Stellantis and Mercedes Benz (via ADR) as potential investments. Both pay above a 6% dividend and both have performed well on a year-to-date basis. It seems as though the dividend for each is paid yearly: is this accurate? Also, would either investment be sensible for someone looking for stable dividend yield with some growth of the underlying investment? Any insights will be much appreciated. Thanks so much, and I look forward to your commentary.

Q: Good morning - I'm looking at my current BEPC holdings which are in a loss position. I also have BIPC ( gain position at this time), BAM and BN. I'd like your thoughts on whether to sell both BEPC and BIPC and increase both my BAM and BN. I like BEPC but am not emotionally attached to it. Best Brookfield moves for someone with say ten year investment horizon and a desire for dividends? Thanks

Q: Hi,
I would be interested in your thoughts on these two ETF's. The high yield makes me think: higher risk - would that be right? If not terribly risky, then I am wondering if there is potential for either of these to rise nicely in a market with a sustained / established bullish bias? Open to any other suggestions you may have, but this would be for a growth oriented investor in a TFSA account, who is already overweight in tech stocks. Thanks!

Q: Hi, what would be, in your experience the acceptable ratio between the trading price and the NAV of a REIT?

Is this ratio comparable for all types of trust units ?

NB: Take the number of credits required to fully answer the question.

Thanks in advance

Q: Would you please comment on ABNB's latest results.

At this point in time what would be the buyer vs. the seller's thesis on the stock? Just things to consider, watch out for both positive and negative, etc going forward.

Thank you very much.

(PS. Please feel free to donate 50 of my question credits to anyone who would like some.)

Q: I have SHOP and LSPD in my RRSP at loss and realize it will take time to return to the plus side, so throwing caution into the wind (for the 3rd time!!!), I am thinking of selling both and replacing with ARKK.

The logic being that it could erase the loses quicker than with the other two. What do you think ... is this swap a good or reasonable idea? Should I just do one of the two or hold tight? Thanks as usual for your thoughtful advice.
