Q: Can I please get your thoughts on the recent press release?
Vecima Networks Inc. (the "Company" or "Vecima") (TSX: VCM) today announced that it has entered into a warrant agreement with Charter Communications Holding Company, LLC ("Charter").
The warrants issued as part of the agreement provide Charter with the opportunity to purchase an aggregate of up to 361,050 common shares in the capital of Vecima at an exercise price equal to C$17.09 per warrant (the "Warrants") until January 1, 2031. The Warrants are subject to vesting conditions based on the achievement of significant multi-year spending targets by Charter.

Q: Regarding Peter's great question on Telesat and MDA, I too have been looking further into these companies and did not see a response regarding Lightspeed and potential revenue. All I have found so far is:
"Telesat Lightspeed has the potential to transform global satellite and terrestrial communications industries, dramatically increasing the Company’s addressable market from approximately US$18 billion to approximately US$365 billion and significantly expanding its growth potential."
** from the companies Prospectus November 16 2021
and from https://spacenews.com/telesats-leo-constellation-fully-funded-after-manufacturer-switch/
"Telesat is targeting a 30% return on investment from Lightspeed, which is seeking a slice of an enterprise and government connectivity market the company estimates would be worth about 200 billion dollars around 2025."
"Telesat expects the total cost for 156 satellites to be around $3.5 billion, when factoring in launches and other expenses, including the ground systems and user terminal technology that would also be used for the 42 follow-on satellites."

Q: I am at a point in my life where I am looking to my investments more for income than growth. My question concerns how you might incorporate a strategy that are includes "dividend" stocks that pay a low yield. eg HD, TRI, CN etc. Assuming you wish to obtain an overall yield of 4% - 5% from your portfolio (in order to satisfy RRIF requirements while maintaining some growth) I would think it best not to load up only on high yield stocks and continue maintain a balanced portfolio. To achieve the necessary income should one invest in low dividend payers and sell a portion of the low yield dividend payers annually in order to achieve the be needed income; go a bit overweight on high yield equities in order to juice the income; or just forget about balancing the portfolio?
Any thought you have would be greatly welcomed.
Appreciate the insight.

Thanks.

Q: Good Morning all,
Have had this bank in my TFSA for awhile and was waiting for some movement. However now it is looking desastrous. Do I bite the bullet now or wait for it to settle up? Some are saying the stock has an intrinsic value of close to $50 and therefore should head back toward that value. In your valued opinion, is this stock a hold or a sell?
Thank you.

ZAG, TIXT, TCL.A-C
What securities could I replace them with while waiting for the 30-day period before a possible repurchase of these securities?
Second question:
What is your opinion of TCL.A?
