Q: Peter - I see XTC Exco Technologies Limited reported yesterday. When can your subscribers expect to see an update on the company. I would like to get your thoughts on the quality of the earnings and expectations going forward.

Q: What are your thoughts on why there are so many "board lot" trades taking place. It just doesn't seem to make sense trading 100 shares of a penny stock. Could this be some kind of an attempt to manipulate the market? This seems to be most prevalent in the junior gold stocks. Thanks

Q: I listened to Sherritt's Q2 conference call yesterday and was taken aback by their latest permitting hickup at Ambatovy: Operating Permit delay. How big of a concern do you believe this is and might it put the entire project at risk? Thank you for all the great work!

Q: Most of the equities portion of my investments is in broad based ETFs (Vanguard) Is there danger in being too diversified?
How would you allocate funds, by percentage, between Canada, US, Europe/Asia, Emerging. "Average" return,less small management fees,over time,looks good enough for me. Past experience picking stocks, either with or without paid advice, has so far yielded well below "average" returns.

Recently heard in the news that PDN is a possible takeover target. What is your opinion on the company? Considering it is already a 1 billion market cap, do you think someone will come and buy at significant premium.

Q: Peter, your thoughts please on Precious Metals and Mining Trust MMP.UN, a portfolio managed by Sentry Select and consisting primarily of junior and intermediate gold, silver, metals and mineral companies. I have held this position in an RRSP for several years and have drawn a good income stream from it, but the stock price has been pounded for the past several months. I cannot find any analyst recommendation on it. Yield is now over 18% and pays monthly. Is the dividend safe? Should I continue to hold it or bite the bullet and move on? Thanks.

Q: Can I have your comments on Firm Cap Mortgage (FC-T). I am mostly interested in your comments on risk: How risky is FC in the event of a moderate downturn in the real estate market? Q: Peter: I hold both TMC and AGNC and together they make up about 10% of my portfolio. Is this overly aggressive and do you recommend any bond funds?

Q: Hi Peter; If our weather holds, it looks like Canadian farmers could have a pretty strong year due to the drought in the US. If this plays out and one expects the farmers might go shopping, would you prefer RME or CLV? Or would you prefer a fertilizer play over equipment? Thanks, I always enjoy your insights.
