Q: May I ask your opinion on Firm Capital Property Trust (FCD.un)? I see it has low to no liquidity but if the properties are decent and the distribution safe, then stock liquidity should improve. Would love to hear your thoughts. Many thanks, Nancy
Q: Questions about drips and what is the best way to handle. I do not use the income at this time just reinvest whe have enough money. The brokerage I use gave two different answers. 1.They buy the shares with the company discount 2. You have to actually hold the shares to obtain the discount and if you do then partial shares are also bought. How do investors know what is the best way to go. Value in investing 5iresearch
Q: Have you looked recently at TN-U (True North Apartment REIT)? Small cap with nice yield. Price has come off a little lately. OK for income and some cap gains?
Q: BIP: What do you think of the report on Brookfield's creative accounting, is this a legit analysis co or another short seller trying to manipulate the market? I guess the report last year on JE Just Energy was right after all. Thank you
Q: Hi, Is there a plan to reinvest the dividends in the Model Portfolio?
Q: Peter with the rally in the market it has been difficult to find value....that said, in my screening, one of the few names that keeps popping up is Calian Technologies. What are your thought and would you cover a name like this in your research at some point. Thanks
Q: "Fiera Capital Corporation, manager of The Fiera Capital QSSP II Investment Fund Inc. (the ''Fund''), announces its first offering of Class A shares, Series 2013 of the Fund.
The first offering will begin on Tuesday March 26, 2013 and is expected to end on April 2nd, 2013." Is this positive for FSZ? It looks like it will open today down ~4%.

Q: Hi Peter.
When do u purchase gold stocks once they have corrected so much? Do u try to time the bottom (falling knife) or wait for confirmed up trends to establish - like technicals? or fundamentals? US dollar weakness, market conditions? or what?
Once u decide, do u look for Large, Mid or Small cap?
Thanks.

Q: Your recommendation of MacDonald Dettwiler reminds me of my investment of Comdev (symbol CDV). My understanding of Comdev from the past was that they designed... Satellites for different gov't or non gov't entities. Comdev appears to have struggled throughout the years. Would you know the difference between these companies and why you think Macdonald Dettwiler stands out? Thanks.
Q: Peter ...thankyou for the model portfolio. Another valuable tool you have supplied to all subscribers. Keep up the great work.

Q: Hi Peter & Team:
As they have updated their resource data and announced new drilling results, could you please update your thoughts on AXR. Would this be one of your preferred picks in the sector and if so, what would you recommend re buying - purchase now or wait until late summer to catch what is sometimes a good seasonal time.
Many thanks.

Q: Hi Peter & 5i: I made a spec purchase of Kelt Exploration (KEL) very recently, on its first day of public trading. My thinking was just that the successful management team from CLT would probably have spun themselves out a pretty attractive asset base to provide the E&D opportunity for their next project, Kelt that is. The announcement of their bought deal equity financing at $5.55 immediately pushed the stock up over $6 - kind of a rare sequence in the resource area recently. Obviously there is no company history here but can you offer any comments to help fill out my picture a bit? Are there any "typical" patterns in stock movements or other signals to look for with this kind of spun out asset company? Thanks!
Q: Hello 5i.
With their recent 50 million debenture debacle is San Gold (SGR) done like dinner?
