Q: Hi,
Paladin Labs (PLB) is off about 10% in the past week after their last quarterly earnings. Do you have any possible reasons?

Q: Hi guys,
WEQ, Western One Equity looks to have posted another good quarter but there is no movement up in their seemingly cheap stock price. Am I missing something, or could it be because of their reliance on the commodity sectors for future revenues?

Q: FC (Firm Capital Mortgage) is down in the last two or three days on normal volume. It is normally fairly stable but occasionally has price "hiccups" e.g. Mar and Apr 2012. Is this just another one of those, or is it getting caught in an anti-mortgage downdraft?

Q: Hi Peter,
What are your thoughts on the uranium space and specifcally UEX Corp as a contrarian play. Are we setting ourselves up for another bull market in Uranium? I see Japan is beginning to start up nuclear reactors once again. UEX seems to be sitting at it's low where it has been a few times over the last 10 years or so.Thanks.

I own Rio Tinto PLC and am down a significant amount over the last year. I purchased it as a play on the recovering global economy. All the reports on it now are positive but it still goes nowhere. Am I too impatient? Any insight would be appreciated.

Mandalay Resources (MND.TO)just came out with their financials and declared a quarterly dividend of 0.769 cents based on 6% of the gross revenue for the quarter. How would you evaluate the quarterly financials? Is MND a buy, hold or sell? Is the 3.5% yield safe?
