Q: Hi Peter. I'm looking at well known Canadian Dividend fund. The one year return is 3.22%. Mgmt. expense is 1.77% Management fee is 1.% My question is the return to the unit owner 3.22% or .45%. If the return is only .45% would it make sense to buy the top 10 holdings or your A rated stocks for the dividend income.

Q: Hi Peter,
What do you think of Corridor Resources (CDH)? I know its predominantly a nat gas play in Eastern Canada and hence the share price has been hammered. With the recent move in nat gas prices might look like a good entry point? I also see Sprott is a large shareholder. Thanks.

Q: Hi Team, can you please explain how a re-rating works, specifically relating to New Mellenium, NML considering it's going to become a producer soon. In your opinion, will the share price move higher in this current environment with a re-rating? Generally speaking, when would a re-rating occur for this company? Any other info you can add relating to NML would be greatly appreciated. Also, what are your thoughts on iron ore pricing at this stage, stabilising at these levels?
I bought this one at a $1.30 a few years back, before the run to $4.90, for a long term hold but think I should re-consider and start trading it rather then just holding for the long term, your thoughts??
Thanks again, Hussein

Q: Hi Peter,

I am very pleased with your service. Exceeded my "high" expectations.

My question is to do with Constellation Software (CSU-T)

My favorite company is computer modeling (CMG-T). It is also in the tech space. I have seen CMG split several times, I think in the $30 area and at 2 for 1, providing the lure of affordability to potential buyers. CSU-T is over $100, which I think can be a psychological barrier to some folks. You have just rated CSU an "A." How strong to you see the potential for CSU to split. Would that increase your rating for the equity ? (I know "A" is kinda scratching the ceiling.)

Thanks Peter,
