Q: Is Cervus Equipment(CVL-T) a company you have looked at? Interests in 57 agricultural, industrial and transportation dealerships in Western Canada,N.Z. and Australia. EPS is $1.48 and yield almost 4%. Wondering if it is an over-looked stock like K-Bro Linen?
Thanks, Harold.

Q: Hello
I'm trying to learn more about how companies work. When a company issues shares to raise capital can the shares simply put up for sale on the open market or are they always sold to an investment/finance house? If the former, does the company, at time of issue, have to specify the price of the shares or can it, so to speak, play the market? I'm trying to get a hold on the "dilutive" aspect of share issuance given that shares aren't traded based on their supply (but only their supply at a particular price. Thank you.

Q: Hi, Peter, and thank you for your amazing service to smaller, retail investors.
I am trying to decide between Cineplex (CGX) and H&R REIT (HR.UN)as a possible long-term (3-7 years)purchase. Although they are an 'apples and oranges' comparison would you please give me your preference or are they both overvalued with their higher P/E ratios?
Thanks.
Ed

Q: TBE, Twin Butte, given the news release with the operational problems and guidance what are your thoughts? Would there be much more downside, or would it be oversold now? I had planned on holding for a couple of years.

Q: Peter and 5i staff: Any thoughts on PLZ.V Plazacorp Retail Properties. It looks like this company has a business model similar to FCR First Capital Realty. Do you like this space? Would you recommend one over the other for a long term holding? Thank you.

Q: Hi Peter and 5i: Atlantic Power (ATP) - Selling the interests in the Florida facilities lets them pay down their debt but leaves them with less income to maintain their dividend payments. Can you please assess their situation and the magnitude of the market reaction. Thanks!

Q: Does ATP's decision to sell their 3 Florida projects bode well for the company? While the shares are down substantially, using the proceeds to pay down debt seems like a good move. Thanks, Curt.
