Q: Please sort the list if you were assigned a task of bottom fishing.
Firstly sort them (best to worst) in terms of growth perspective for next 3-5 years.
Secondly sort them from fundamentals/safety perspectives.
Ignore diversification.
Also feel free to add your own favorite bottomed pick.

Q: What has happened to the Sedar web site? I used to go there reguarly for information but the new site is impossible to navigate. Example I was looking for the formula used to reset the dividend on ECN.PR.C . I was able to find the rate and the dividend and the reset date on the company web site but I could not find the actual reset formula. So is there a way on the new Sedar website to get at documents filed by a listed company? Some thing I used to be able to do with one click. Thanks

Q: I would like to follow up on a question asked last week l, to choose between a reit etf and a utilities etf. And you advised the utility sector mapped here is better. Could you please advise on the dividend stock space in general to add in say telcos, banks, insurance and pipelines?
The broader discussion of the moment is about rates and their future path and relative value of earnings and dividends compared to t bills and low risk savings of the like.
Do you feel that any of these sectors are good buys at the moment? Could you maybe rank or group which you feel are best or just in vs out?
Thank you,

Peter

Q: As a curiosity I thought it would be interesting to compare these two, noting they seem to be competitors in many ways. Frankly bit looks like Blackstone trounces Brookfield on stock performance over almost every time length. Do you have any thoughts on comparing the two and Blackstone’s value as a financial alternative asset holder?

Q: BN is currently classified as being in the "Finance" sector. Should it be in Finance or in Real Estate?
I keep track of my securities using a spreadsheet and hold BN. When I look at my sector allocations, it always appears as though my "Finance" weighting is overweight and my "Real Estate" weighting is underweight, but I'm wondering if I should just change how I'm classifying them.

Thoughts?
