Q: Hello 5i & co., my question is regarding Yangarra (YGR-T).it seems in the last 2 quarters management have executed well.going forward things are very encouraging.if they meet guidance what "should" a stock like YGR be trading at, i realize this sector stinks right now.can you please comment on management performance , the last quarterly and issued guidance. also it appears that management has a lot of skin at stake.
with regards to their Duvernay holdings what are the different options that could become available ? i guess the cost of drilling in this area is extremely expensive so going it alone here would probably not be one of the options.the Duvernay area is drawing a lot of attention so roughly speaking how long will it take before we know what this area contains. thanx norm

Q: Hi Peter and team: I assume you would let us know if you thought it prudent to sell Valeant around these levels. I think the rise is so good that I wonder if it will be somewhat less on an upward
track now Am I thinking like a day trader, not an investor? I always want to thank you for your
guidance and incredibly understandable answers. I know you do not like companies with debt, and I think they now have DEBT!

Q: Hi Peter. I have a question about a very small cap stock, called Volta Resources (VTR). This compaany has about 5 million oz of M & I Gold and they are very close to where Randgold operates. This stock has been selling of indiscriminately, in my opinion.I would consider VTR a perfect buy out opportunity. Why would a 5 million oz deposit go for waste when seniors are looking to replenish their ounces. Your feedback is appreciated. Thanks,

Q: A couple of bond funds, namely CLF and CBO are now trading at 52 week lows. Is this an opportunity to buy them or evidence that the market is expecting higher interest rates and therefore forebodes further decreases in the prices of the these funds? ... or something else?

Thanks,

Q: Good Morning Team...
Even though the US 10 yr has risen in the last few days, which normally spells fund flow to equities, a pullback in the overall market looks imminent. Would it be realistic to expect a small $50+ rally in the price of gold, and would Goldcorp be your favoured large cap.TIA Smokey

Q: Hello Peter and the 5i Team:

What is your opinion on CEW Equal Weight Bank and Lifeco ETF as a diversified investment in the financial sector? It would be about 8.4% of the overall portfolio. CEW holds 10 bank and insurance company stocks.

The purchase of CEW would be funded by the sale of TD, as I realize that 8.4% is too high a weighting for this one bank stock. A commentator on BNN suggested greater diversification in this sector going forward.

As usual, thanks in advance for your timely advice and excellent service.
