Q: Hi Peter, Paladin Labs (PLB) took a big leap after beating estimates yesterday. Is it too late for an entry point? Thanks

Q: Hi Peter what do you think of COUNSEL CORP (CXS) earnings from last evening? Should it be bought at current levels ($2.50)? Thanks
Q: hi Peter, what is your take on weq results?
Q: peter; What would your thoughts be on buying calls on our three beat up Telcos? Thanks. Rod L.
Q: Not sure if you follow David Rosenberg, but he is suggesting it is time to start thinking about impending inflation (no rush, but time to start to build posiitons). Do you buy his thesis, and of the stocks in your portfolio, can you suggest two or three candidates that should do well if/when inflation starts to come back. Many thanks, Dave

Q: Hello 5i
Any ideas on SGC.V Sunridge Gold this is Grandichs take on things?
Sunridge Gold- I’ve heard from more than one pass reliable source that the Chinese have greatly increased their interest in mining worldwide and in particular Eritrea. When pressed, SGC management clams up except to say numerous companies worldwide are looking at them and have signed confidentially agreements. I’m extremely bias but I think this is one junior to own ASAP for speculators.

Q: Would you recommend buying APPLE right now for the short to medium term? And do you feel that their buyback strategy is accretive for investors?
Q: Peter a question on some ETFs i'm holding one the BMO U.S. Corporate bond fund, which has been doing quite well with a nice monthly income despite dropping in value a bit during the summer, and the other the BMO monthly income ETF. Should i be thinking about exiting these in light of the expected QE reduction later in the year
Q: Hello Peter & Team. Does Shawcor (SCL) stand to benefit from The proposed Energy East Pipeline.
Thanks
Thanks
Q: Hi Peter,
It is always great to see you on BNN! Unfortunately my call did not make it through last night.
I am looking to enter back into the Natural Gas space and was hoping you could help me on a small junior player called Artek Exploration (RTK). This company has three things i like - good management, interesting assets, and high insider ownership. I was wondering what you thought of the company. They are partnered up with Kelt Exploration on a play and was wondering if you could see a merger or takeover on the horizon between these two companies. Your insight into Artek (and/or Kelt, for that matter) are greatly appreciated. Many thanks as always.

Q: CUS, got killed again to-day. What is going on-anything new?
Q: I would like to follow up on Rod L's comment. I, too, had an RRSP of $279,000 in Jan. 2013 which had been static for 10 years with of full cost broker. I switched to a discount broker and took a lot of your and your team's advice. My RRSP is now worth $316,000 today.
Thank you, for what I can only describe as altruism.
Jim R.

Q: Hi Peter, great show yesterday . I would like to invest in more US stocks, but can't decide if the US dollar is going to down or up. It seems quite constant in the 96.5-97.00. Do you have some thoughts on whether this is the best time to convert, or should I just sit on the sidelines for some financial news that would determine this decision? Thanks so much. Ireally depend on your opinion on all financial decisions now.
Q: Hi, from what I can tell, Capital Power had good 2nd Q results, and now expects to exceed annual guidance. Yet the stock is near 52 week low. What has investors concerned, and do you see this as a good stock to buy right now?
Q: Enjoyed your guest appearance on BNN last night. Researched your web page after the show and you already saved me money with your "Selling Too Early Might Be A Mistake" article.
Question: Been watching BCE for a buy, I am getting to the point in my portfolio where I should be taking less risk, but not sold on GIC's etc. Should I be considering preferred shares over common shares?
Thanks
Roy

Q: I would like your opinion of U308 (UWE) do you feel they will be able to financially keep going until someone buys them out. They seem to have some good properties but nobody likes uranium right now.
Thanks
Thanks
Q: Peter, your opinion on Dundee Industrial Reit please. Thanks Ken
Q: Hi folks. What constitutes a 'portfolio' of stocks when it comes to ensuring sector diversification, maximum value/percent of individual stocks, etc? Fund managers seem to look at each of their funds as an individual portfolio, but how should a retail investor approach his/her stock holdings.
My wife and I own around 40 different stocks in a number of accounts, including non-registered (60%) and registered (40%). Should we treat this as one portfolio of 40 stocks? Or two separate portfolios for non-registered and registered, with the latter including all stocks in our RRSP, TFSA and LIRA accounts lumped together? Should each account be a separate portfolio, noting that a couple of accounts are relatively small (around $25,000) and comprise only a few stocks at present? Or is there some other approach we should use?
Thanks as always for your valuable advice.
