Q: I can see in my portfolio the rotation happening that you have been addressing, as I have a lot of dividend payers (my pipelines, utilities, telecom, reit's are going down). Can you recommend specifics stocks / etf's to rotate into as I would like to participate. It looks like its just the beginning. Thanks - John.

Q: I think I know your general opinion of IPOs, but do you have anything special to say about the Loblaw offering of Choice Properties REIT, especially in regard to pricing? Seems to be horrible timing for them, too.

Q: Hi,

I am fairly new to the trading game and with the recent talk of rising interest rates, many analysts are saying it will have a negative affect on pipelines and utilities?

I don't understand the correlation between the two. Could you please provide your comments.

I currently own IPL.UN, Gibson and Arc Energy. Small weighting in my portfolio.

Thank you.

Q: Hi 5i, I am new to the service and am pleased with what I see.
I was wondering if you have any ideas about hedging your portfolio
with a etf like HVU or HSD or VXX. Your thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you.

Q: Good morning 5i,

I got shares in IPL.un, BEP.un, BCE, and BA which are all stocks that are in the mix of selloff these days because of their divident payout. All together these stock would give me a small gain if sold. Am I better off keeping them or sell them?

Q: I would like your opinion of CanAlaska Uranium (CVV)? They have a large land position and a couple of major joint ventures but a small market cap with not a great deal of cash. Can they carry on until the uranium sector turns around?
Thanks

Q: Good afternoon 5i. I am holding approximately 20% of my stock portfolio in REIT's: D.UN, DI.UN, LW, and Ax.UN. Your response to an earlier question indicated that REIT'S were currently caught up in a sector rotation and thus their decline recently. My questions are do you feel 20%is too large a holding given the market situation, and if so which of my REIT's would you drop.
Thanks for your insight.
Brian

Q: Hey, guys. What type of earnings growth are you expecting from Tesla Motors (TSLA)? I remember reading somewhere their estimated earnings per share for 2014 is something like $1.50 per share. What type of earnings per share do you expect them to post in 2014 and 2015? Thanks, as always.

Q: KKR
I have purchased shares in KKR and recently it is in a tailspin downwards. Should I get out and take my loss or how do you see the future for this stock. Thanks.

Q: Thanks for all the info and insights. Understand that some costly executive changes are about to occur (or have) at IPL.UN. Does this presage the end of the 'party' in terms of share price appreciation? or will it just be a short term blip?
