Q: May I please get your thoughts on Peabody Energy (BTU). They had a decent quarter given the drop off in coal prices at the start of this year. They are buying back a lot of stock. Can I also get your general thoughts on coal (both thermal and metallurgical). Are there standards for regional coal prices (like WTI, WCS, and Brent for oil)? Thank you.

Q: Do you think there is a risk that Telus would make an offer to take over TIXT now that its share price has been severely beaten down? It would be a brutal hit for existing TIXT shareholders but probly a very good move for Telus. I recall TD bank doing exactly this many years ago when they spun out their online trading business and the market didnt price its future growth very well.

Thanks.

Q: Im looking for a site (free if possible) which notes company's yearly and quarterly metrics such as ROE, ROA , revenue growth, eps etc going back 10 years or so. Morningstar used to have quite a nice table, under the heading KEY RATIOS, gong back 10 years on most stocks such as CSU outlining these metrics, but its gone from their site. It gave a great history of the company in a one page table.
Thanks

Q: Hi There, can you please comment on yesterdays news that US Health Services May reclassify Cannabis, and the positive reaction of the market? Do you think this will lead to US GOV starting to move forward on the Safe Banking Act and other cannabis-related initiatives toward legalization? In other words coukd it finally be time to jump in - I’m thinking CURA the No. 1 US MARKET CAP company.

Thanks!

Q: Morning 5i team,
I bough URI back in May 2023 and have done quite well over a short period of time. It's close to it's all time high and although it might have some more upside potential, it may be limited.
I'm thinking of switching from URI to AMZN for a possible better return.
What are your thoughts on the switch or should I stay the course or would you suggest a different stock to switch to.
I currently hold AAPL, GOOG, MSFT and NVDA in that account.
Your thoughts and reasons for your suggestions are appreciated.

Have a great day.

Joe

Q: It seems the outlook for Uber is changing positively. Although I don't think it can be placed in the same rarefied space as GOOG, AMZN etc in the technology space, do you see it as getting to occupy the same space in the next 5 to 7 years (my time frame before drawing down).
Please briefly give your bull case and bear case for this tech co

Q: I am interested in placing an investment in the near future in a base metal producer; preferring a copper focus. I'd appreciate your take first, on the timing of such an investment given where we are in the economic cycle and second, your selection of a "top 3" to invest in. Thanks for the insights.
