Q: Thanks for the wonterfull service. Andrew Peller, ADW.A seems to be a farely consistant company over time, dividends and appreciating share value.
I'm looking a holding that's a little novel for me (a bit of fun money) but not at the expense of throwing away good dollars. I would appreciate your thoughts on ADW.A
Thanks so much!

Q: Hi, Peter and Co.
I own Mandalay Resources for long term growth and some dividend income. The drop in share price is causing me some concern. Is a financial crisis likely for this company? Do the commodity prices, the insider selling and the financial results justify such a sharp sell-off or is this a buying opportunity if I have a 3-5 year time horizon?
With appreciation.
Ed

Q: Hello Peter and all at 5i: I comment on Claude's question today. I don't think we have the right to question how you run your site. You are the professionals and I for one have nothing but praise for how 5i is run and the amazing service we receive. Thank you, Barbara

Q: What is it about the 5i Research Q&A site that causes too many members to feel entitled to suggest 'housekeeping' and 'improvements' to the service? Please include your qualifications when sending in this type of non-question! Do you contact other companies to suggest changes for your own benefit?
I consider this behaviour arrogant, rude and extremely annoying and please note, the responses are always polite and gracious.
Thank you Peter and Co. for your website and exceptional, invaluable service anyway you want to operate it.

Q: Not being familiar with geophysical analyses and terms makes it very difficult for the lay investor to understand the significance of such reports. Could 5i please comment on the recent copper/gold survey results by Colorado Resources (CXO) on their northwest BC property. Would this play be a good 'bet' compared to findings by other exploration companies?
Also, how common is it for potential investors to phone companies for their comments on such reports? Wouldn't they tend to embellish their answers? Finally, is 5i familiar with CXO management? Thank you. John.

Q: Shares of LNCO Linn Energy share owners, are taking a bath today. I can find no news to justify this and am considering adding to my position. Is this a continuing reaction to the Barrons article, or are there other reasons for the pullback ? What are your thoughts on the company ?
Thanks Garth

Q: Hi Peter:

What are your opinions on closed ednd funds that short long bonds to minimize loses due to rising intrest rates. Examples would be MIG.UN or MBB.UN. These type of CEFs pay god monthly income.

Q: Hello, Peter and all,
Just a bit of housekeeping:
I have noticed that my sessions are timed, this seems to be new. I am forced to maintain a constant check on your questions/answers during the day because your printed answers to questions are published according to the date of the question and not to the sequence of your answers which I would prefer. You should ask all members about this because not only i would rather have one time a day to follow your answers (which have grown from 5 to probably 15 per day!)but i will not be timed out as i would not spend a lot of time on the site.
I also noticed that you use cookies (new too). I would like to know for what purpose as i would also express my discomfort about the practice. Cookies are not my best friends, and this is a members only site.
Thanks for your comments, and be assured that these questions are not diminishing my interest for your excellent and most needed financial letter.
