Q: should i buy lightstream resources (LTS.TO). It is down due to rumor about
the possible reduction of monthly dividend. Some believe the dividend cut is already priced into the stock price. A long term buyer (2 years) would be rewarded at this entry level ($6.81). Your thoughts please.

Q: Could you give an update on Vista Gold (VGZ), specifically on the large volume and drop in price over the last month. Also why the price has declined so much in the last year.
I would think the Sprott loan extension a month ago would have been positive for the stock
Thanks

Q: Hello all:
The Canadian portion of my portfolio holds 18 stocks. Of those 18 stocks I hold BCE, RCI.B and T. I am thinking of selling one of those and buying VRX to increase my diversification. My question is, 1. is this a good idea, 2. which telecom should I sell, and 3. Is VRX a good choice, is it too late to get in now. Thanks.
PS I just renewed my subscription. Thanks for a great service.

Q: JPM is currently my only direct US investment held within my RRSP, I am currently sitting at about a 25% gain. What is your outlook for this stock considering their ongoing and seemingly never ending legal issues? Has all this turmoil been priced in already or should I consider moving on. Can you recommend something within the Canadian Financial Sector as an alternative?

Thank you for your fantastic service. (since I have become a 5i subscriber I have had my best returns as an investor!)

Q: Peter, if I have 2M$ in the stock market all with, for example Scotia I-trade, would it make sense or be advantageous to move half of those equities to another stable/secure discount trading house such as TD so as to be able to get CIPF coverage on all of it, and to not have all my eggs held in one basket? Would the CIPF coverage cover 2M$ in that instance, if I spit it up?

Q: Portfolio Management - I have held both HCG and ATD.B for a long time, so that they have become a large percentage of my portfolio. I don't like selling winners, but I recognize that there is risk i everything. Even a great stock can get side-swiped by events. How large a percentage would you hold before trimming the stock of a high quality company?

Thanks,

Hans

Q: On 20 Sep, you had recommended XRE as an ETF to get some real estate exposure as opposed to some specific stocks about which I had inquired. Approx a week ago a guest on BNN recommended ZRE over XRE so I was wondering why he did. Do you have any idea why he would do so? Thanks and I hope you had a great time in Germany. I did when I was 21 and spent 3 months there gratis of our gov't.
