Q: The new Canada-EU trade pact will likely open many opportunities for Canadian companies, in time. Which ones might be the biggest beneficiaries long term? Since Magna has a large presence in Europe already I can imagine it would be one of many. Thanks, J.

Q: Hi Peter,
As a new subscriber, I have been researching many of your stock selections and am quite impressed with what I'm learning. At the beginning of this year I sold Teck (TCK/B) before it's 30% drop, and am now (after its renewed strength) considering nibbling away at it again. What are your thoughts pls?

Q: David Rosenberg from Gluskin Sheff posted a report on Friday in which he suggests that the resource sector may be in for a bit of a bounce. One of his recommendations involves companies that are involved in the construction of energy infrastructure, specifically "Engineering & Construction companies specialized in natural gas infrastructure." Are there any companies that you like that are involved in building facilities for the distribution of natural gas, both for domestic consumption and LNG for export. Thanks again for your great service.

Q: Hi guys. I'm looking for growth stocks that still have growth in them. BKX and SW have both been on a ridiculous tear the last month, up 40-50%. Would you recommend either, and if so which is the riskier and which has the most growth left?
Q: Any suggestions on Canadian stocks that will benefit from the new Canada-EU trade deal?

Q: Back to AHF as I am thinking of purchasing on your recommendation.
But I am a bit confused as morningstar has a quantitative fair value of 1.09.
Also could AHF be a good candidate for a take over and what is the payout ratio for the dividend?

Q: Hello.
CPX Capital Power. Reading in the economist how conventional power producers in Germany got sqeezed and squitched,by the increased share of renewable energy, losing more than half their market cap in a few years, How do you view the possible impact of new solar and wind getting subsidized at the expense of established power producers. My question is specifically for CPX which has itself a small interest in wind farms. I have sent you a copy of the articles in this week Economist. Thanks.

Q: Hi,
Any thoughts on Wall Financial (WFC:TSX)? Its very thinly traded and I suspect most of the float is held by the Wall family. That being said, the dividend yield seems attractive and the company may be a good candidate to be taken private. I'd appreciate any overall comments you may have.
Thanks,
Scott

Q: Hi:
I am thinking of adding either XUT or ZUT to my RRSP (have some cash on hand); the aim to generate 4% income over a long period; it is much better than the bond yield at the moment.
Which one is more suitable in a RRSP setting ? Thanks!
