Q: Could you please comment on Nu Skin NUS. It had a big drop today due to a Chinese report. Does most of their revenue come from China? Should I sell or wait it out? Thank you for your thoughts I know it is not your focus.

Q: Goodmorning, your thoughts on NBD (Norbord). Bought into at $31.00, the 200 day moving average and still going down. Pays a nice dividend so any concerns or is this a pay and wait.
Q: AYA- I've tried to mirror your model portfolio in the last few months. My aya purchase is now down 15%. I've been told you should sell any stock that drops over 10%. What would you suggest.
Thanks
Thanks
Q: CFN has been going down on me . I have lost 5% in recent days. Is there something wrong? What should I do? Thanks for you insight. Alan

Q: We have full positions in the 5 major Canadian banks. I notice that the pundits reguarly recommend TD and BNS as the top picks, but I have found that BMO consistently beats BNS, growing more than BNS when the market is up and falling less when the market is down. I understand that BNS has more assets in the rather shaky Latin American countries but have never considered that an advantage. BMO has more interests in the US market, a much stronger market. It also pays a better dividend than BNS. Your thoughts?
Q: Hello Peter and the whole 5 I Team
Could you please rank 5 companies/etfs that you currently cover in terms of which is likely to have the best growth for 2014-15.
Additionally could you share some insight with regards to Badger and CSU as to how the team accurately gauges projected income to better understand true value as the current PE multiples are very high.
All the best and keep up the good work!
Phil
Much appreciated in advance!

Q: I am up substantially on RPI.UN and it is becoming a bigger position in my portfolio than you probably would advocate (pushing 12%). On the other hand, it seems to have broken above a fairly long term resistance level of about $10. Any thoughts about the outlook for the stock would be appreciated as would be your thoughts on when to pull the trigger in such cases.
Q: My question is regarding ITP-Intertape Polymer. It has a gain 0f 43% over the past year. However,it is now down 26% from its high two months ago, and trading at values last recorded about five months ago. On Nov. 19/13 you thought the decline of 13% was likely due to profit taking.I have not been able to find any reason for the stocks decline. I spoke to the company and its next reporting date is around Mar.7/14.
My question is if I should accept my loss of 23% now and move on, or wait until after the next results and see what they are and then decide what to do. I am looking for growth over the next 12 to 18 months
Thank you for this excellent service and I am looking forward to your reply. Ian.

Q: Peter & 5i Team : Any recommendations for a good portfolio management system (free or not) ? I find that I am spending a lot of time trying to sort out sector weightings, dividends, etc. for multiple portfolios (x 2 people). I would love to find something more useful and comprehensive than what is currently available through my discount broker.
Q: Hi 5i team and fellow members. With respect to Holly's question on shorting the US dollar...FXC is likely the cleanest way and my preferred method. It also has options available if you can not sell short the ETF in your account. There are occasional liquidity issues and wide bid/ask spreads, however. There is also a US dollar currency option on the Montreal exchange (http://www.m-x.ca/nego_cotes_en.php?symbol=USX*). This is tradable in my RRSP through TD Waterhouse so should be available through other brokerages.
Q: STN is still rated A in the model portfolio despite its rise in price. What are the ratings based on? I ask because STN is probably not as good a buy as it was a few months ago. Tx in advance.
