Q: Hello,

Do you have any updated thoughts on Loyalist (LOY) with their announcement to raise $5M. The stock seems to be inching lower, I've lost about 15%, and wondering weather to cut my losses at that.

Thanks...

Q: RRX is breaking out and it appears to be on news of closing on a bought deal financing. Can this news be the impetus for a much higher move up? Thinking to buy more.
Very much enjoying and benefiting from my subscription to 5i. Doing well with very recent purchases of FSZ, DR, and HCG. BAD too although it is pulling back now. Wish I had come on board earlier. Best value ever for money spent on investing!

Q: Hi Peter and team
I am wondering if you are considering making a model portfolio for retired investors who need a higher percentage of regular income than the model portfolio allows.

Q: My portfolio is up just over 20% YTD and I am concerned about market risk going forward. I remain long in equities (US & CDN) however, I am wondering what are ways you recommend to protect against a pullback in the market without cashing out? Thanks for your valued input.

Q: I HAVE accumulated $50K cash in my RRSP which I would like to deploy. Should I wait until Dec. and tax loss selling or buy something now? I was thinking of MSI -what do you think-any other suggestions please. I already have solid holdings that pay dividends and have increased regularly-so, a stock with growth and dividends would be nice-another BAD or ACQ maybe which I have in another account-if only eh?? Many thanks..JP

Q: We own several Reits, pipelines and telecoms and have heard that if the interest rates go up these sectors will go down in value. Is this correct?

If so, what would it take to bring them back to current levels?

If we wanted to invest more in these sectors, when do you think a good time would be?

Thank you
