Q: DHX is a stock I have held since January 2014. It is going down as fast as the rest of the market is going up. 5i seems to like it. What do you see in it?

Also, on my online account they issue buy alerts. I acted on one on Feb 18 after the alert. It was CS. It dropped 4.5% that day while the market was going up. I would be afraid to add to either one of them. Should I just stick to mutual funds because that seems to be the only way that I can make money in the market?

Thanks,
Dennis

Q: There seems to strong bid of late into resource-related issues

Isn't this typical of late cycle moves into equities with rotation from other stocks into resources

If so, are we likely to see a more severe correction to equoty matkets in 3-6 months?

Q: Hi 5i. Do you have a preference between A & W and Boston Pizza? Both are B+, A & W has a higher yield but smaller. Any difference in growth outlook? Full disclosure - I go to Boston Pizza but not A & W. Thanks as always. Henry

Q: Re: David's question concerning a source for a historical listing of dividends for a particular company.

I use the stockwatch.com basic service which costs approx. $5/month as my main source for company information including news releases for the past year and stock charts. Clicking on the trading symbol pulls up the trading activity for the past few sessions as well as dividend history. For instance, I just checked the history for CNR and it lists the dividends back to December, 1996.

Q: RON.PR.A got a bump today presumably because of Benj Gallander's recommendation last evening. It has a nice dividend but starts to float in March, 2016. Do you know the formula for setting the rate at that time and would you recommend this particular preferred share?

Q: Hi 5i,
Do you know of a good source for quickly finding and comparing dividend growth rates of different stocks, i.e. a list of the dividend payouts over several quarters or years for different companies? I want to see if dividends are rising, stagnant or falling over time. Any thoughts on dividend growth rate as an investment criteria?
thanks,
David

Q: Would you be able to shed light on ISIS Lab Corp (ISIS, tsxv)?

I cannot find much about it. Is it a social gaming software provider or is it capital pool company? or is it both?

It is doing quite well, especially recently. Do you know if they have any competitive advantage? Would you be a buyer?

Any thought will be appreciated as always. Thank you!
