Q: Concerning Tricon (TCN). You commented on an earlier question that the housing market in the US was strengthening and that Canadian lumber companies were showing increases from this. I also noticed that a large home builder in the US, Pulte Homes, has shown recent strength as well. My question is why Tricon stock does not seem to be participating in this rebound. Are their projects still too far off or perhaps the rental market not improving. Really appreciate your insights.

Q: PRC - is doing a stock consolidation; 10 shares become 1; I am a share-holder and do not understand; will $1,000.00 worth of stock become worth $100.00 - that would explain the selling, but seems crazy; please advise.

Q: HLP as a share owner - am I correct that there is no option but to take cash; it seems we are not offered shares in the US REIt; and, if so, why not just sell now - I self-invest so have no advisor to handle a tender.

Q: Hi sorry guys.Re form 1115 (or whatever) I read your link; now I'm really confused. The amount is based on cost. So, if I bought shares of JNJ say for $50K and its value goes to $100K, I don,t need to file the form. Yes? What happens the following year when the value starts above $100K? Thanks Henry

Q: Hi Peter, WIN Wi-LAN has moved steadily up over the last month since it's low. Given the non sale of the company and some changes to the business model do you see stability or further volatility?
Thank you.

Q: Hi Peter and team:
Just inquiring about your view on Cad-US over the next 3 to 9 months. Appears recently to be in a trading range between 90 to 94 cents. Do you see this as the possible range in the near term and if so what catalysts or negatives are possible to change this scenario?

Q: you commented on YMI in May 2012. Has anything changed here other than the extremely high cost of putting the mine in production. also would much higher commodity prices attract more attention to what looks like a mine? Thanks
