Q: The stock has been trading in a range for close to two years. Is there reason to believe that the adage "the longer the base, the greater the case" applies to CDV? Further, is ExactEarth a "game-changer" as it is being touted by some analysts? Finally, who is the activist investor who purchased an interest in the co. and what are his stated plans?

Thanks for your analysis and insights. Your service is invaluable.

Q: A Scotiabank analyst said today on BNN that "the replacement cycle will be so strong that it will last several years". Video here: http://www.bnn.ca/Video/player.aspx?vid=481891. If that's the case, would you say that AutoCanada is the canadian company that should profit the most from this trend? Financials and auto-parts makers possibly would also profiting I speculate.

Q: Hello,
I would like your opinion on IMF. They made two interesting announcements recently following good work from their R&D. I understand that: management owns a sizable position in the company, the balance sheet is a little too much levered, they are growing revenues after a few years of problems with new equipement, the stock is thinly traded.
Thank you,
Eric

Q: I hold CU on the income side of my portfolio. It's longer term performance is solid, but its recent quarter wasn't well received, and in recent months other utilities are outperforming it. Tax considerations aside, would you sell CU and switch to EMA, FTS, BEP.UN or one of the other utilities? I heard Peter say recently that he's a "big believer in momentum" and lately CU hasn't had much of it.
