Q: Google has been flat for sometime now and I'm wondering if it is dead money. I'm 50% up on the stock but can't help thinking I should sell and put the money in a similar IT stock, Canadian or US. Suggestions please!

Q: I find myself overweight in the auto parts area, with 14K each in MRE and LNR and 36K in Magna. I'd like to pare it down to a total of 30K in only one of the three companies. Can you explain what is happening with TOU. As you indicated, they met or bettered all financial expectations, the price of Nat Gas is going up, other gas related companies stock prices are going up but TOU shares price is dropping. Why?

Q: I have $125,000 to invest, I am looking for a combination of growth and income. Would you invest all in your model portfolio or with you put a portion in US and or emerging markets, I would problably use ETF's for US and emerging market portions.

The globe and mail out an article referencing a report from Veritas. Any comments on that? And specifically about Avigilon stating the CFO left prior to the last earnings report due to health reasons but was then working at another company within 3 weeks?
I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt but is there something potentially not right with management?
