Q: You last reviewed it in November 2013. Would you please update your assessment. I am looking to consolidate a number of my REIT holdings, of which I hold a fairly diversified group of 15. Thanks.

Q: Is the drop in price of CFX sector related or is there more going on here? As you know, there have been plenty of Pulp Mills closed in the last 10-15 years.

Thanks,

Q: Hi Team

I have a full position in Apple and am thinking of selling half and purchasing, with the proceeds, Cisco for purposes of diversification. Apple does seem to be sputtering a bit of late.

Thanks

Q: Hello-
I bought a number of Reits several years ago and I am down on all of them. Interest rates are still low- in Canada, lower than several years ago, and property values are still high. Under these beneficial conditions, have most of the REITS actual financial results been poorer than several years ago? If so, why?
What conditions need to exist before the REITS' prices will go back up?
Thanks

Q: When you mention for example no more than 3 percent weighing in a stock does that mean if you have a $500,000 portfolio no more than $15,000 should be allocated to that particular stock? So it is always a percentage of total portfolio?

Q: hello 5i:
I've looked, but can't find any comments on PDC. I note that Morningstar has assigned it a 4 star rating, with above average returns and lower risk (over a 3 year period), than competing ETFs. Your take, please.

Q: If interest rates rise eventually, do you see a risk of a dividend cut? What is their payout ratio? Would you prefer MKP or one of their peers. Do you believe the sector has bottomed out? Does the high dividend signal troubles ahead?

Thanks for your service?

Q: BPF.UN is cover in your reports and given a rating of B+.

The stock is down 25% from it's highs and down 10% on the year. I am on the verge of being stopped out of it (bot at $19.25).

What is happening with BPF, do you still like the outlook and does it still warrant a B+?

Would you reccommend a hold or sell?

Q: This US listed Dutch insurance company released earnings Thursday and to my inexperienced eye they seemed OK. The market thought otherwise. I can't find an obvious reason for the 20% sell off in the stock price and you would think the dividend increase would help not hurt. What if anything am I missing?

Q: Is there any chance you will be doing a report on this stock? It has doubled in price in a year and with them entering the higher margin retail market, they are really remaking the company.
