Q: I have a 5% interest rate on my bank account right now and because of this I'm way more cash heavy than usual. Does it make sense to hold a larger portion of cash when interest rates are so high?

Q: Does the increasing tax rate on capital gains meaningfully affect residential real estate companies with mainly Canadian properties? This might also affect grocery-anchored REIT's since they often build apartments on their properties.

Q: Was looking at the financials for this company. They appear to have had a very strong Q3 with revenue increasing 78% year over year based on management's strategy to focus more on water treatment services rather than sales of recovered minerals. However, there are only 1.2M shares outstanding with insiders owning approximately half. Further, the Company is continuing to buy back stock in spite of the already low float. Do you think they are possibly setting up for a "go private" transaction? Otherwise, why would they do this? Do you see value in investing in this company?

Q: Hi All;

I am looking through potential Materials companies for an investment and note in many questions here you single out EXP as a preferred investment in construction materials. Who would be their largest 3 competitors in this business segment, and of the 4 how would you rank them in terms of potential investment gains over a 5 year period?

Thanks,

Dave
