Q: How would you rank & compare AI-T {Atrium}, FC-T {Firm Capital Mortgage},
TMC-T {Timbercreek Mortgage}. I currently have a position in all 3
and wonder if I have made a good decision by owning all 3 of them.
Thank you.

Q: Peter; BMO investor has a good alert system re Bobs question .Rod
Q: just a comment. There is presentation by Paul Colbourne at the CIBC oil and gas conference at Whistler from Jan. 21 that can be listened to via webcast for anyone still holding SGY.
SGY has moved more than 50 % since the presentation. Colbourne talks of his extensive experience and having managed companies and prospered thru 3 previous oil crashes. SGY is very well positioned to buy distressed assets as compared to other companies which will be forced to sell assets at distressed prices because of debtloads. Insiders continue to buy.

Q: Pierre asked about market rate GICs today and you replied with: "We are fine with GIC market and think they have a place in most fixed income portfolios, particularly for conservative investor." Did you mean market rate GICs or something else? Thank you.
Q: Could you recommend a site for stock screening that could also sent alerts when parameters are breached?
Q: CCL industries stock has held up relatively quite well during the recent market decline. company made some tuck-in acquisitions recently and has sufficient dry powder if a nice big acquisition opportunity presents itself. With majority of CCL revenue outside Canada and US$ still expected to remain strong for 2016, is it reasonable to believe that company will continue to deliver strong results in foreseeable future? With recent market downturn, stock has come down and appears to be making a good base around $205-$215. Do you consider it an excellent opportunity to buy/add at current levels? Thanks
Q: I used to be in ATD.B but exited too early at about $37. This company seems to have no end in advancing its share price, not to mention the dividend increases/growth (on a percentage basis anyway). Though the dividend part is a bit of a mirage since it started from next to nothing to a very very tiny something.
At $60 today, it is worth the risk to take a position again? It certainly have a history of success, but of course the question is - can it be perpetuated?
Your insight is much appreciated.

Q: Hi Peter and team,
Could you please give your comments on the earnings report of last week. They appear fine, with a dividend increase, but your comments would be appreciated.
Thanks

Q: I own Costco..It has decreased by 11% since I purchased it. I was considering selling it and moving the money to Home Depot. Which of these two stocks do you feel has a better outlook going forward.
Thank you
Thank you
Q: Can you give me your thoughts on this co. I own a very small position and am wondering if it is worth adding a little. I know they have had there problems over the last year but I have also heard that they have made some personal changes and may be looking better going forward.
Thanks. Wayne
Thanks. Wayne
Q: Would you buy a 5% position all at once if you could buy ESL at $55? Is $55 a great buying opportunity for a 5 year hold?
Thankyou
Thankyou
Q: When purchasing positions in a particular traded equity, and my 5% position is equal to $5,000, how many separate purchases should I make to get to a full position? (Trading fees are 9.99 per transaction.)......Thanks......Tom
Q: Please assess BP. Do you still consider it "very buyable"? Thanks.
Q: Any news to account for ahf going up in price this week .
Q: As a retiree who has some cash to invest what would be a good/somewhat safe place to invest in during this volatile market? GIC’s don’t pay enough and preferred shares have been hit hard the last year. I am thinking I don’t want to increase my presence in energy and I own a lot of pipelines which are all suffering due to the oil situation but still paying a nice dividend.
Q: Hello Peter,
Any idea why Jean Coutu has been surging of late? Fundamentally it is good and technically, it has a break out. I do not see any positive news to reflect it or is the market realizing the potential (perhaps Metro buying it etc). I have 2% weight in Stella Jones and am thinking of increasing it to 5% as it has had a good pull back. Since CNR has good earnings, could this help Stella Jones as the pullback (from what I understood) reflected the business towards railways, etc Thank you
