Q: Hi guys,
Quick question: if I have a $500,000 portfolio with $400,000 in equities and $100,000 in bonds. I have a $25,000 position in TD, is it considered a 5% position when compared to the portfolio as a whole or a 6.25% position when compared to the equity portion? I presume it's a 5% position but I just wanted to verify.

Q: Just wondering what your comments are on the overall company of DIV and how safe do you think the dividend is? Also on October 4th there was a press release. In the press release it stated
"The Corporation will be holding a Special Meeting of shareholders to consider and, if thought advisable, to pass a special resolution to approve the reduction of the stated capital of the Corporation’s common shares to $200.0 million."
What does that exactly mean and is it positive, negative or neither towards the share price?
Thanks

Q: Current thoughts on valuation and prospects.
Q: Could you please explain to me why this stock has underperformed companies such as mst.un and ruf.un, are they not in more or less the same real estate business, and when interest rates go up, will it hurt these stocks to any degree?
Q: Hi: can you name your top three financial etf's for long term hold.
Thanks
Thanks
Q: Thank you for your very rapid response to my question of 23/10/16. I am very interested in your mention of IAE as a "highly leveraged oil bet" since I believe all their holdings are in the North Sea area notwithstanding their 329% increase since January this year. Isn't this whole area subject to much higher drilling & overhead costs then the general oil market?

Q: I own a little more than half the stocks in your balanced portfolio. Would it be possible to list which of these twenty names you consider better than the others? For example, if you were forced to cut half the names, what would be left based solely on the merits of each individual stock?
Q: Hi Peter and team. Could you please comment on latest earnings and your overall thoughts on the company. Thanks.

Q: Hi,
What are your thoughts on today's hit to QSR & the results? Is this a buying opportunity or a warning? My portfolio distribution lies somewhere between your balanced & income portfolios.
Thx, Gord.

Q: Peter and His Wonder Team
Here is an impossible question for you because I know your opinion on these individual stocks is negative at best. If you had your feet to the fire and had to chose one for the long term...what would it be and why?
Thanks for your excellent insights and attentive service...
