Q: I am looking at starting a TFSA for my daughter. She just graduated and started working in her chosen field. We have $20k to start with and will add going forward. I am hoping you can suggest 4 or 5 companies to start with today. Long term growth would be what she is hoping for.

Q: Which 3 reit's would you recommend for a hold of several years?
Q: I notice sometimes you suggest selling after a security rises quickly and sharply, but for the most part suggest selling related to fundamental changes or portfolio weighting.
For shopify my weighting is fine, but has risen $36 to $51 quickly. With limited info that it's around 3.5% of a diversified portfolio, is this one to take a little off the table or let ride given fundamentals & weighting?

Q: I found a PREFERRED SHARE listing put out by CIBC Wood Gundy that shows the yield, the price, the reset dates, and reset yields. I have found this very helpful but I don't believe it is a complete listing. I contacted BMO Investorline but their searches weren't helpful. Do you know a site where I can find this information.
