Q: Hello,
I have some cash that I would like to invest but my investment horizon is limited to 2 or 3 years for this portion of my portfolio (planning to buy a house and would like to inject a sizeable cashdown). What would you recommand as an investment. Thank you.
Q: Could you comment on CXI's NR released today on the 2100 transaction locations? Sounds like a big deal and the stock is up but volume as per usual very low.
PHM has hit a 52 week high. Last question about it was asked April 28. Wondering if your thoughts are still negative, and if you could expand on the proposed split.
Q: based on today's weakness, some research, and 5i positive opinion of the company i have waded in with a new position in OTEX worth 2.5% of my portfolio. hopefully 2 years from now this would be considered a good entry point.
Q: Reading through the quarterly report I see on the cash flow statement that finance costs are considered an item not affecting cash. The note dealing with it does not explain just itemizes the individual charges. This is also the same for others in the industry, EXE and SIA. How is it that this is true? My head hurts when I try to justify it. My financing costs, mortgage interest, car loan etc affect my cash flow. Thanks
Q: This company does not seem to be followed by any analysts- it's probably too small. However, its recent earnings seem to be very good and P/E seem to be sound. Stock has moved up considerably. What is your opinion of the recent earnings report? Thank you.
Q: Today is GUD' s annual meeting and owning some stock means i can attend. But is it worth the traffic and time or just the online documents be just as good ?
There aren't to many in this area that i can attend except WSP tomorrow and SIS next monday.
Would it be a learning experience?
