Q: Hello Peter and Ryan,
Is HXU designed to always give you plus or minus 200% of what XIU returns whether? I compared previous prices, and it seems to go that way. Given the structure of the ETF, can this change or I can assume it will be plus or minus 200 of the corresponding index? I am also looking at HGU the bull gold case versus XGD and similarly DIA versus DDM. I was looking at a trade idea if the market falls, simply buy the bull ETF so that when market picks up, i can get a higher return. Can you advise how they companies can do double the return (what financial instruments do they use). Thank you.

Q: Hello,

I am looking for a Canadian company that might get a boost from Cdn Defence spending due to US asking NATO members to spend more on defence.

I believe HRX has some defence exposure (although it appears by the stock price that it missed revenues?) Are there any others? Any you would suggest as a decent investment, as is, without increased spending? Please list them in preference.

Thank you,

Gerald

Q: I am thinking of rebalancing my Dividend growth portfolios by selling some of my over weighted bank winners and buying some of my laggards and lower positions. Could you please rank these potential laggards for acquisition into a mainly dividend growth portfolio, the candidates are SIS, SYZ, PUR, AGT, CGX, AQN, SPB & DHX. Please let me know if you are really strong for any of these stocks or would really suggest avoiding any of these companies. Thank you again for your great service.
ps KHW looks like a real winner, thank you.

Q: I am trying to identify the best E-Commerce to buy now for solid growth. You commented 6 months ago on Stamps.com (stmp-q). How have your views evolved since then on this company and how would you compare it to Priceline (pcln-q), Mercado Libre (meli-q), Netflix (nflx-q)and Alibaba (baba-q) ?
Very grateful for your views,

Jacques

Q: I'm not sure if this has been previously asked.I have 4 accounts with Scotia itrade. In their acct. summaries they don't have a field for current allocation percentages. I'd like to set up a similar format to your Balanced,Income and Growth portfolios reports.I assume your program is propitiatory. Are you aware of other similar programs available to avoid doing it manually?.
