Q: Please provide your view on the deal for Peanuts and Strawberry Shortcake announced today. It would appear to be potentially transformational for the company: C$475 deal as against current market cap of C$630. I initiated a small position over the last few months at current prices. Would you suggest stepping up to a 1/2 position on this news?

Q: Many comments are made about diversifying outside Canada; Europe is thought to have good potential. I would like to take a look at it and thought to go with an ETF. But I am very uneasy about "Brexit" and every fund I look at has a 20 % or more weighting in Britain. Can you suggest an ETF or other suitable product that has no British exposure? Thanks for your help. BTW, first time question for me...I quite enjoy your work. Leonard

Q: Hi 5i,

Despite the nice QoQ growth at DOL, the debt is also rising drastically. Is this a concern to you? From what I can tell they are essentially issuing debt to buy back stock - at very elevated prices. This can't go on forever? I have a very healthy gain on the DOL shares that I have left and am considering selling all.

Q: Hello team 5i !
How important is the relative sector allocation in your different portfolio ?
For example: Technology is 21% in the balanced portfolio vs 7 % in the income.
Financial 13 % in the balanced vs 19 % in the income portfolio.
Do you expect to change eventually those sector representation ? If yes why ?
I am right in assuming that this sector allocation could a determinant factor in performance and volatility relative to Canadian ETF (always high on financial and energy) ?
Keep on the good work ! You're much appreciated !
