Q: Hi Team,
Would you have any concerns about the credit quality of Cominar REIT if you held one of its bonds maturing in July 2020? If not now, what would be the best indicator(s) to monitor to be sure credit quality does not decline and become a concern in the future? At what point would that indicator(s) signal a concern?
Thank you ,Michael

Q: On BNN this morning it stated our Canadian Stock Market ranked 96th out 100 world markets. Is there any way to find the figure for foreign buying of Canadian stocks and compare these figures to the past. Are we not in play due to Nafta changes coming and fear of Pres. Trump.,the low demand for commodities, our Liberal Governments Federal & Ontario Provincial, NDP in Alberta and BC. Our high home prices in Toronto and B C and fear of real Estate Collapse or What ? RAK

Q: QST - anything to explain weakness of late, particularly today? What's your take on the company going forward? O know they have good product.
Q: Wondering if you could comment on the ITW results, they beat expectations, raised guidance and everything seems to be really strong yet the stock is off this morning. I guess the market was looking for even stronger forward guidance?
Q: Comment: If it's not "fair" to pay taxes when you withdraw from an RRIF, it's not fair to avoid the taxes in the first place. The trouble we all have in calculating our net worth is we forget about the taxes! The tax deferral just doesn't work as well for those of us with high incomes in retirement. I expect there arr many who think that's a good problem to have!
Q: HI Peter Can you see any reason DIV is dropping today?
Q: Re: EIF and other companies that become targets of a short attack, typically how long do the shorts hold their short position before they start to cover it? Shouldn't the price rebound somewhat once they start buying?
Q: Could i get your opinion of Lundin Gold (LUG). Seems like a good project with a great name behind it? The political risk is my concern. appreciate your thoughts on the project and company.
Q: Hi: Some time ago Pure Industrial was favourably mentioned on BNN because about 30% of its holdings are focused on warehousing for e-commerce distribution. An article in today's Globe and Mail also mentions it in this context. I note your comments on AAR have been cautiously positive, but not enthusiastic. Would you mind expanding on the e-commerce linkage? Is it less than it appears? Also, can you point me to other stocks that focus on the development of E-commerce distribution facilities? many thanks.
Q: Your thoughts on Fastenal (FAST)? How does the valuation look to you?
Thanks,

Q: Hi, my only financial exposure is bns. With rising rates I know you recommend insurance companies such as sun life. I have a long time to invest as I'm only 31. What would you recommend for best upside potential to get some more financial exposure? I worry that the big insurance companies might be more for security and income providing less total return than some smaller growth oriented names. Could you recommend a few names and give my your thoughts on my ideas?
Thanks
Thanks
