Q: Good morning team, I’m contributing to a non registered account for the first time as I’m maxed out in my tfsa and rrsp. My goal is to invest in dividend paying etfs and select dividend stocks while trying to take advantage of the dividend tax credit. I’m looking for yields north of 4%. XDIV looks good to me so far. How would HDIV and HYLD be taxed? Thoughts and suggestions? Thanks

Q: Nice earnings from Howmet Aerospace Inc and looks to be a great stock since COVID decline.

Can I get your updated views on this company and compare/contrast to Heico, TransDigm, GE Aerospace and 1 other NA listed competitor I am missing (BOEING)

Please rank from best to worse for a 5 year hold risk not an issue looking for largest gains based on best guess of course.

What 2 main financial metrics would you look at for these specific companies ?

It seems the standard symbol for Howmet Aerospace Inc. (HWM) is not showing and only 2 questions under the symbol with Ex-Distribution - FYI

Thank you

Is there any more ETF that you would recommend to go with the ones I currently own? What 2 stocks would you recommend as well? The funds are not needed for 10 years,

Thanks

Q: there were some disappointing drilling results this quarter, and the stock is getting pounded. They are hoping for production this year to be in the bottom end of their guidance. Do you still see PXT as a hold? I bought this stock thinking it wa a growth company, but what are their prospects for future growth? Also, they bought back shares at an average price of $22, do you think they will continue to buy back many shares?

Q: Many companies stand to benefit from the rise of nuclear energy. Is this a good time to invest (long term) in such companies? I am especially interested in the risk-reward profile of the following: Cameco(CCJ), Constellation Energy(CEG), Centrus Energy(LEU) and NexGen Energy(NEX). Are there others that you prefer (Canadian or U.S.)? Or do you believe an ETF focused on uranium/nuclear energy would be a better investment at this time? Thanks for your help. You provide a great service!

Q: Question about discrepancy in price action between these two SP500 index ETFs.

As of 10:50 AM, SPY is up 1.45% while VFV is up 1.23%, lagging SPY by 22 basis points.

What explains the discrepancy in price action between these two very liquid funds? For index funds such as these, is there a mechanism that exists to correct and adjust these funds to the actual price movement of their indexes? Especially when it comes to VFV.

Thank you for your excellent service.
