Q: I have SPY and VIG and VUN for the US markets
I also have some US mutual funds which I intend to liquidate sometime in the next 12-18 months
Could you give me an opinion in general about the US market ?
since Jan there has been a pull back, Don Vialoux a few months ago hinted that
there could be pull back in the next few months
thanks
Michael

Q: I currently don't have any REIT exposure and think I should focus on a broad ETF for more safety and diversification as opposed to some of the smaller cap REIT's I have previously held although they do have much higher yields I am concerned about the risk exposure. Would this be a good time to start a position in ZRE and/or do you have another suggestion?
Thanks,
Craig

Q: Greetings:
In a recent answer you commented that- " This is a classic PUMP AND
DUMP scenario" I can't recall the date or the stock. If you can, please advise in your answer. I read about a so called " ADVISOR ", who runs an investment service. This individual sends out emails to members with an opinion extolling mostly virtues of small cap stocks. It is followed by
several successive emails pumping the stocks. Then when asked later
about a particular stock invariably the answer is " I no longer follow it "
Never indicates that it has been sold. This is done over and over again.
Is this type of behavior illegal.? I have not mentioned any names as is
obvious, and would appreciate your opinion, so all of your members
will be aware of what they might get involved in. I would also appreciate
comments from the membership.
Thanks for all your help.
BEN.

Q: Hello Peter, Ryan and Team,

Which 5 management teams are currently the best capital allocators in your view. I am guessing CSU would be up there. Who else?

Thank you,

Wes
