Q: I only have GUD in the health care space. I am thinking of adding ZUH. Is there another ETF you might recommend that is unhedged? What is your view on this sector at this time?

Q: Good afternoon,
I am looking to add a REIT ETF to my portfolio (ZRE is my preferred), and am wondering on a historical bases if REITS right now are trading at a cheap/expensive valuation? Your website has the PE ratio at 7.8x and PB ration at 1.08x- that seems cheap? How does that compare with historical norms? Only wondering as ZRE seems to be trading not too far from it's all-time high, reached a month or two ago.
Would you expect reits to drop as interest rates rise over the coming months/years?
Thanks for the answer.

Q: Both companies are in a currently depressed sector and their respective stock prices reflect that. However, do you have a view on whether they might be close to the bottom? I realize that this is similar to asking where the price of oil is going but both stocks are royalty plays I believe and are therefore somewhat different from other direct oil/gas producers. Do you believe their dividends are reasonably safe and which would you prefer to buy (or not buy either) or better to wait till tax selling season later in the month
Q: Could you please give me your thoughts on the recent earnings announcement and your thoughts on it moving forward.
Thanks
Thanks
Q: Afternoon folks:

Q: Can you comment on their latest results. Aside from the miss on EPS , are they really that bad to warrant the reaction in the market ? Thanks, Joe
Q: Hi Peter
I have some money to put to work and am building positions in the 5i portfolios over time. I currently have BNS, MG, TSGI,WCP, WSP, AW and EMB. I am building a blend of income and growth. My question is what in your opinion, of the stocks that 5i covers, are most undervalued and oversold? (I am trying to stay away from the oil and gas sector.)
I would greatly appreciate hearing from you.

Q: What is your feeling on their recently announced quarter? I believe you have advised that investors need to be patient on this one and continue to clip the coupon. Still your thesis?
Q: Hi 5i,
Does anything come on your radar to explain the sharp drop in BBU.UN today?
Thanks,

Q: Greetings 5i team:
Once again, thanks for all your sage advice through the latest correction. I am really appreciative of having stocks/etfs like MFT that really held very steady through the latest correction - without you guys i would never have known about it. The value of having a diversified portfolio.
My question is about LIF -it has been on a tear lately with the special dividend etc but what is driving the underlying fundamentals. I didn't think Iron ore was in that much demand but would appreciate your comments. Its the only materials stock i own as i have had real difficultly making any money in the sector.

Q: Hi 5i,
What are your thoughts of TNT.UN at this price level? Would you consider this a buy, hold or sell?
Also, do you believe this REIT is a potential takeover target?

Q: In the 5i GROWTH portfolio which holding is likely to do best in a recession? Thanks Ron
Q: Comments on the quarter please? Thx
Q: When I read through "Third Quarter Highlights" I get the feeling a lot of what the company has done is about to start hitting the bottom line, the report seems to hold a lot of potential, yet the stock price is half what it was 2years or even 5 years ago. To be fair, many gold companies are half the price they were 2 - 5 years ago. But regarding Premier Gold how do you interpret the moves this company has been making and thus are they building value for future profits. Finally, if you held a position what actions would you take?
Q: I have been looking for a good exit point for Partners for a long time. If I'm reading it right, we are getting a special distribution soon and I'm wondering if I sell it today, do I still get the special dividend? It sounds like they may dissolve this REIT completely over the next while and I'm wondering if it is best to hold, in those situations or is this a good day to say goodbye. Thanks so much…
