Q: Although Magna is well up on the year, share price has fallen significantly since June. I do not like to sell when RSI is 26, however given the recent direction of the share price and uncertainty of NAFTA, I am considering selling my shares while I am still in a positive position. MG comprises a 1/4 position in my portfolio. I would appreciate your assessment of MG. Thank you.

Q: Hi,
Can you provide your thoughts on recent NVA acquisition of CVE assets. The stock was down about 12% on news last week so the market obviously hates it. Did NVA management make a huge mistake or was this a good move for NVA shareholders? I bought at $9 the day before the news broke so obviously not happy.
Thank you.

Q: I like Saputo's long term chart, which has worked out well for one who invests for the long term like me. Looking out to the future though, how much of a concern is it for you about the Trump administration targeting industries such as the one that Saputo operates in?

Q: I acknowledge that these two stocks operate in two different industries but which one has the best long term prospects for dividend growth?

PLC appears to be more expensive but the business they are in is stable. Good looking chart.

STN has been flat over the past 5 years and perhaps is building a base. Would you agree? Is their water business significant enough to have any impact on their future?

Thanks.

Q: Would you tell me what is the influence on Cdn stocks for those listed on an American Exchange?
Proportion of total daily trades that are American?
Arbitrage that exists?
Will American trades still operate when our TSX is closed for a holiday?
If so, is there any relationship between a closing price on the American Exchange and the next day opening price of the Cdn Exchange?
Why have I never read about this before?
