Q: How are corporations classified into different sectors? For example: why is Savaria Corp considered to be in the "Industrials" sector rather than "Health Care"?

Q: Could you please give me your view on these two companies, and what their growth prospects look like at current prices? Which would you find more compelling in the animal health sector?
Q: Hi team,
Looking at this company's latest report with the oil sector being out of favour is it a good time to accumulate shares for the next 2 to 3 years? According to management the book value of the ice is one dollar. Some are predicting a four year bull cycle in oil ,but difficult to see with others predicting a recession in 2020 with oil prices that could hit 30$ What are you thoughts?
Many thanks,
Jean

Q: Any suggestions on how to benefit from the recent rise in Natural Gas prices?
It seems like things are still pretty hopeless in Canadian energy despite huge gains in natural gas prices.

Q: It would appear that many of the investment firms share the same positive views of KXS going forward. While there were a number of reduced 12 month targets, the adjustments were relatively minor. For example, Canaccord is now $97,50, TD is $98, 8 Capital is $100 and RBC is $105.
Q: I tendered my ENF shares and am wondering what the usual time line is for having them changed to ENB shares and deposited in my account along with the cash per share allocation. I noted the whole exchange deal happened on November 8. The ENF shares seemed to have disappeared from my on line Investors Edge account, i.e. they have been de listed from the TSX. Not sure what happens next or if i should be doing something to expedite the issue. Thank you for your help. Bill
Q: comments on earnings please.
Q: When considering asset allocation percentages do you take into account the present value of purchased lifetime annuity income as the equivalent of a bond asset value, or is there another way to consider this value in the fixed income portfolio? Thank you for your response.
- Medical Facilities Corporation (DR)
- NorthWest Healthcare Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (NWH.UN)
Q: Can I get your opinions on these two?
Payout ratios, dividend safety, prospects for long term growth?
Thanks

Q: Could you please comment on evergreen gaming corporation. They seem to have surpassed last years earnings per share already at Q3. ROE remains high and they have 1/3 of their market cap in cash. Thoughts on adding? It’s currently 10% of my portfolio.
Q: In an effort to replicate a REIT ETF I hold the following REITs
which in total compromise 12 percent of my portfolio.
BPY/DIR/HR/NVU/SIA.
I am thinking of adding CHP which would increase the percentage held to 13 percent. Do you think that this would provide reasonable exposure to the various segments within the REIT sector or would you suggest something else.
Thank you for considering my question.

Q: Hi Peter, thanks for your guidance in this not quite as fun as before time. I have my own rework question... COV, HNL, PHO, TSGI, & TV. Would you sit tight with these at this stage or sell 2 or 3 and put back into the others ? I'm assuming this is a good time while all are down to consolidate into those with the best outlook.
I appreciate your thoughts.

Q: Is Walmart getting a bit ahead of itself, baheving like a 2017 tech stock? I am considering selling at these levels. What growth plans and strategies justify the price right now? It seems to me being able to stay competitive with Amazon is not enough to justify its current value. Can it grow into it over the next year or 2?
Q: I'm down 11% on CJP - is it still worth holding? Thanks!
