Q: I know these companies span the financial category and they're not comparing apples to apples exactly but I'm looking to maintain stable dividend income and long term growth. Assuming equal weight except for IGM (much higher weight), would you recommend a weight shift? An addition/subtraction of position?

Q: I have 1% positions in AD (at about the current price) and EIF (down about 20%). You just added AD to the income portfolio. I'm thinking of selling EIF and rolling the proceeds into AD since EIF has been range-bound for a year and AD is showing a rebound and some momentum. Your thoughts?

Q: Hi 5i team,
Brookfield equities (BAM, BEP and BIP) represent 8% of our portfolio. I am down 8% on BEP but am wondering whether the current dip down to $38.87 per share represents a good buying opportunity, especially given it's dividend yield at around 5.5%. So, my questions are: 1) is an 8% total Brookfield weighting too much in general, and 2) what about buying more BEP or do you think that it's likely to slide further given their broad holdings in emerging markets. Thanks for your help.

Q: Hello, SIS announced a couple of days ago it is increasing the dividend by 17% and provided its update on 2018 and 2019 guidance. The market welcomed the announcement with an upswing of 5%. But today again, it is down by 3%. The volatility is not matching with the market movement. Yes , the shares are up compared to a year ago. But still the movement of the stock is becoming un predictable to large extent. Is there any other news that I have missed on this counter. Thanks for your advice always.

Q: ..please correct me if i'm wrong, but Canada seems to be a horrible place to put your money....with safety of principal first in mind, a desired yield of 4%, and an ever increasing risk of a market correction, what would you suggest for the next 6 - 12 months. thanks.

Q: Hi all,
I am looking to add to both my Tech sector and International exposure.
I realize this is outside your scope but what can you say about
Hon Hai Precision Industry Co Ltd (OTC US: HNHPF)? Specifically, its background, the forecasted growth, dividend policy, where it trades and the link/ratio with the OTC. At the current level (low 5$), does it look like it could be a good long-term hold within a RRSP US$ (+15 years). Thanks so much & Please deduct credits as required.
