Q: Howdy!

CIX is conducting a NCIB at a price of $17.50. Should this be seen as a good sign that CIX will actually go beyond $17.50 within a year and that I should not tender?

I got in ENGH at around $31. I am itching to bail. Is staying put for a few more quarters a better plan?

Thank you!

Q: Looking to setup a very concentrated TFSA to drive long term capital gains. Currently holding the above names. TSU has not been nearly as exciting as the other names. Is TSU going to provide outsized capital gains? My thinking is to sell TSU and allocate the funds to the other names equally. If there are others names you would recommend pls do share.

Q: FCTE is a Warren Pies portfolio managed July 2024 inception ETF with an active strategy holding 21 large caps. The MER is .85%. It has had a good start for its limited existence. Mr Pies seems like a deep thinker. Could you opine on the published holdings and any other thoughts you can share regarding the manager, his history and the strategy. Obviously too new for a strong recommendation but your preliminary sense on this one would be great to have. Thank you.

Q: Hi,
To Arnold's question on SMCI, "some people" seem to have known about Hindenburg's report on SMCI's accounting irregularities! That explains the drop? This coupled with CAVA's meteoric rise and sudden sell of makes one wonder if the system is "rigged"!!

Q: Hi, Small/Mid Cap sector is performing really well and most of 5i portfolio constituents have seen a remarkable recovery over past few weeks. However, this one continues to languish, with no momentum in sight. What's causing investors to be so negative on the company, despite solid results and swelling order book ? Is there anything, in your view, which could change the market sentiment ?

Thank You

Thank You

Q: Hello 5i, I've held FNV at 2% weight for the past 6 years as a hedge and precious metal/materials component. It's total return is close to 8%. Shares are in a non-registered account so modest cap gain if I sell. My question is should I hold or sell for WPM , AEM or GFI. All three have materially outperformed FNV past 5 years. Based on your outlook, does it make any sense to trade FNV for WPM or others or just hold in the anticipation of FNV sorting out their issues in Panama, etc? Thanks for all you do.
