Q: Today, the 10/2 year spread just dipped into the negative territory. What are your thoughts for investors going forward and how do you see this as an impact for the global economy?

Q: With the world feeling a little uneasy about a pending recession, I want to keep only holdings that will weather a downturn. I'm not trying to time the market, and want to hold stocks, that while they may dip, have good balance sheets, good management, and will likely see a recovery. Others I will sell and hold the cash. Above are my current holdings. Do you see any that may be susceptible to excessive weakness in a recession and would therefore meet my sell criterion? Thanks,

Q: I am planning to hold both of these securities, but would like to put one in a cash account and one in a registered account. I would like to know which, based on recent history, provides the highest ROC. I would place that in my cash account. thanks for all the great info you, all your crew and fellow members offer. My wife has held winpak in her tfsa for app 4 yrs and has done OK but over the last couple of years seems to have flat lined would you consider to continue to hold or would you sell and if so which stock or stocks would you recommend that would provide a better dividend with a little better growth profile either in the same sector or another?
