Q: Doing some house cleaning of the portfolio. I hold 1% each of XLF and XLP. Sitting on the fence as to add or sell. Looking for your prospective and if add what would be a recommended %.

Q: 1st question on ENB , I see lots of recommendations on ENB. I understand that this co. has mostly take or pay contracts (I am also aware of their investments in renewables etc.) however, it looks like there is a possibility of oil storage filling to capacity, if this does happen many pipelines will have basically slow to a trickle or even stop for a while, if this were to happen would this not give energy cos. stuck with take or pay an out as their contracts wouldn't be honored, it seems like a very risky situation to me for all the pipelines, what is your take on this?
2nd question would you endorse buying ZQQ for a 1 stop tech exposure ( I like the idea of being hedged) or would you prefer something else. I was also looking at the ARK etf's F W K ( tesla seems heavy in some of these) which of these would you prefer in combo with a ZQQ or instead of? dock as many as needed as I don't use many, lol. Thanks for your perspectives and all the work you do.

Q: Would you sell xuu etf and replace with zqq etf? Looks like zqq has outperformed xuu over the short and long term?

Q: I would like to purchase QQQ but in Canadian funds and not hedged. I think that QQQ.F.CA or XQQ are options. But I notice that QQQ shows about 10% better price increase over the last 3 years than the CDN options.
Are there other pros and cons of purchasing say XQQ instead of converting my cash to USD and buying QQQ?

Q: Currently have ZQQ. Is there a more concentrated hedged ETF with just the FAANG stocks & a few others?

Q: I have shares it both of the these Income funds. FIE-T is down 24% and XTR-T is down 12. 42%. in my registered portfolio. I'm thinking of selling the entire position in XTC-T and purchasing more shares in FIE-T . The later has a much higher yield in FIE then XTC-T . Your thoughts ? Is this reasonable. Thanks

SRU.UN is involved in shopping centers, office buildings, high rise and low rise condominiums, rental residences, seniors' housing and self storage facilities.
Do you know what percentage of this REIT's income is derived from retail tenants, condominium/rental residences and storage facilities?
The dividend was not cut during the 2008/09 financial crisis. Do you think their dividend is vulnerable this time?
Will you average down at today's price or just hold?

Q: I own ENB and PPL. PPL was purchased for stability and safety of the dividend. The position is now way down. Would you recommend selling PPL and replacing it with TRP? Or is PPL seriously mispriced at this point and better to sit tight and wait for recovery?

Q: Since the March lows DG has gone up 35% and the same comparison, DOL has gone up 20%.

Any reason for the large discrepency?

Q: Any ideas as to what is driving this back up? Stock has almost doubled since March 18th. I can get where TSGI is doing okay because 62% of revenues is online poker and games but I would have thought Flutter would be more comparable to GC with sports betting non existent the same as physical casinos with no action. Thx
