Q: I watched the Neil Bruce interview yesterday and tend to agree somewhat that the company is something of a political pawn and that the continued negative news - more so than company fundamentals - are depressing the stock price. Do you agree? My main questions then are:

1. What happens to the stock price if some of the 407 stake is sold? Investors know it's coming so will this be non-material to prices when complete?

2. If what the CEO said is true and the company only has 1 federal contract at this time anyway is that angle not being massively overplayed as a driver of lower prices?

Q: CSO now has a few quarters under its belt as a strictly metallurgical coal producer - is it looking like a survivor in its field (metrics improving?)?
Also, on 13-March near the end of the day, 10x the average volume was traded in one minute and at about 9% above the intraday high to that point. Any information on that trade, or insight?

Q: I currently have no fixed income. Looking to build this portion using an ETF and GIC's. My thinking is the the ETF could provide a base (liquidity and slightly better yield) with the GIC's providing stability. Considering either HFR or FLOT as the ETF. Which would you prefer or is there are more attractive one in your view? Thanks as always.

Q: Cipher's quarterly report highlights transitions and strategic positioning for long term growth, also debt reduction. Their list of 2018 year end highlights appears impressive but does it read that way to you? This company looks busy for their size but what significants do you take from the list of 2019 anticipated milestones? Would you dip a toe in here? Finally how similar are CPH and GUD in strategic growth plans?
