Q: Hi Guys
Considering that Barnes & Noble was taken over for 638 Million, I was wondering at what point maybe Gerald Schwartz might think about taking chapters Indigo private and at what price.
Suprising to see they actually had a billion in revenue and roughly 89 million in cash.
Do you think there is value at the current price?
Thanks Gord

Q: Hi,
Looking for a REIT with momentum, good growth, reasonable dividend at a fair price.
Would Starwood Property (stwd), Brixmor Property (brx) or Realty Income (o) fit the bill ? Or any other you think would better achieve the purpose ?
With many thanks,

Jacques, Mtl

Q: There were a couple of questions recently about dividends/distributions being 'return of capital' (ROC) which made me wonder how a company raises money to pay ROC? Does it sell shares ahead of the dividend date?

Q: Hi from the West coast.
My question is what are your recommendations for a company that is increasing revenues, showing a good history of dividend increases, and is a "value" play ?
