Q: Good morning 5i Team
This is a general question about secondary share offerings like the one issued by Savaria recently. In coming up with the offering price, is it typically based on a fundamental analysis of the corporations value or is it just a negotiated discount to the current market price?
Thanks as always.
Peter

Thanks
Thanks

Q: We have about $150k in a Family RESP invested in the Fidelity Clearpath 2025 Portfolio Series B ISC target date fund. On the Fidelity fact sheet it says "Series B has the highest combined management and administration fees among the series in the Program". We were put into the fund by our previous financial advisor. Funny how that worked. The current MER is 2.17%. Could you recommend two or three alternative ETF's or funds with more reasonable MER's or even possibly a handful of suitable stocks? The funds won't be needed for another five years. Thanks.
Q: Why did MTY drop so much today and would you add at these prices?
Q: Example. If I purchased a $1000.00 worth of shares in stock XYZ, the shares are now worth $100.00 and I'm going to sell them. Am I allowed to contribute $900.00 back into my TFSA to make up for the loss?
Q: there seems to be a lot of interest in Cameco and uranium recently; unfortunately I have held onto Denison since the tragedy in Japan many years ago... what is your outlook for uranium and for Denison specifically?
Q: Hi there,
I currently own PXT and was looking at YGR. It looks like it has sold off over the last year and may be coming back. Would you endorse a half/full position in this name today? If one owned a full position in PXT already, how would you play YGR (assuming you'd be okay endorsing it as a buy today).
Thanks!

Q: BTO has been weak to sideways as of late - despite the positive news re the Fekola mine?! Am I missing something? Is more patience required or time to bail? (Would like to transition to MTA) Thanks!

Thank You
Clarence

Q: Good morning,
Wondering if you could please comment as to Steve Eisman's thesis on Canadian banks ( shorting specifically CM, RY and LB) and the deleterious effects of a shift to positive loan loss provisions for the stage 1 loan book( those loans that are current), where such a shift would, in his words, "crush" earnings( growth?).
Thank you for your insights,

Q: Peter; Have you looked at the KOHO site and/or experienced their service. It would seem to complement your low fee quest re ETF’s . Thanks.

Q: FIXX is doing a secondary offering at $22.50/s, down 28% from its trading price just three days ago. Is this just the effects of diluting the existing market cap with 6.4M more shares? Rather than, say, investors supposing that more working capital is a bad idea.
Q: BeWhere Holdings released it earning this week and saw quite significant increases in revenue and earnings but the stock price saw little to no movement. Is there something I'm missing?
Q: Is this an excellent company to invest in

Q: PWF is making an offer to purchase common shares(Dutch Auction) . They state you may tender your shares between $29 and $34 in $0.10 increments. If a shareholder does not participate in this offer how would one expect this event to affect the shares of PWF.
Thanks, Mike
Thanks, Mike
