Q: I'd appreciate your current thoughts on Husky. I'm down about 19% on the price but am collecting a 4.2% dividend. It's 1.5% of my total energy holding of 9.8% which includes CNQ & SU, SGY and a couple of minor names I'll be discarding.
Thanks as always for your help.

Q: These two companies have dropped below my preferred 2.5% level , not so much because they have done so badly but more so because the others have done so well. I would appreciate your thoughts on the future of the two companies named.

Q: I bought CSH.UN a couple of years ago and have been extremely disappointed. As it has been flat, many other REITs have done well, and it even lags badly behind Sienna, its competitor, since my purchase. Are you aware of any particular reason for its (relatively) poor showing? Would you suggest that a long-term investor hang in, or move on? Thanks!
Q: what your comments on this one now ?
Q: Hi Team, I have a small weighting in MFR.UN. Capitol loss of 12% over 5 years or so. The yield is high so is there value in holding on for medium term or longer. A few concerns. Manulife website figures. Management fee is stated to be 1.1% yet MER is 3.81%. weighting 147% U.S. , & negative (short presumably) 59% Cad. The holdings are short duration so I cant see capital losses unless they are trading losses. There should surely be some currency gain from the U.S.currency holdings. My premise is that both rates and currency average about todays, over the next 3-4 years. Do you see any hope of recovery in unit value? Are they eroding capital to keep up the payout. Is the payout at least safe? Is this fund performance worth the management fee? Thanks.
