Q: Hello,
In the short term, I expect that Lightspeed revenues will suffer if restaurant transactions are severely impacted due to the coronavirus (as you intimated in an answer to someone's previous question). As well, it's likely that people will be avoiding casinoes if the virus becomes widespread in Canada.
Can you please give me your rationale for suggesting cost averaging (I assume you meant buying into) Great Canadian Gaming? Would you wait until after earnings are reported on March 3rd to do so?
I currently have a significant position in GC, but was actually considering exiting for a while. Either decision may be a roll of the dice, but I would appreciate your opinion.

Thanks.

Brad

Q: Hi Guys,
Coeur mining and Teck Resources are both under performer's who's share took quite a bit this week on bad news. Do you consider these companies fatally flawed, would you hold if already in a portfolio, or would you cut and run to more promising resource plays? On that note do you have any suggestions on miners / resource companies?

Q: With Gold appreciating a lot and the trend seems like will continue, do you think silver will catch up? Is it a good time right now to buy silver? Any ETF to recommend? Thank you!

Q: Good day and thanks for the great service. My question is mfc4644 has outperformed vti since inception and i believe that is due to its higher tech weighting. Going forward do you believe it would be better to hold mfc4644 or vti - or - mfc4644 and usmv in equal weighting which i believe would outperform vti. Looking for your sage advise...Thank you..Gene

Q: Vermillion (VET) is getting hammered this week and again today after an analyst said they will have to cut their dividend by 50%. The company says no way. I am wondering if this is so terrible for the company. They would still be paying over 8% and have more money to repay debt. The price seems too low and I think it will rebound strongly when the panic passes. What do you think?
Thanks.
