Q: Inter Pipeline has a current dividend of 8.9 %. According to TD Waterhouse today, the the 2020 estimated payout ratios are 81 % of AFFO and 197 % of EPS. The net debt to EBITDA ratio is 6.3 %. These numbers are high compared to other similar companies. Would it make sense to sell this stock and purchase ENB or PPL instead ? Thanks, Joe

Q: I would like to buy an ETF for my non registered US account with the primary purpose is to provide income in US currency. What ETF's would you recommend?
Q: Is Tricon's dividend an "eligible dividend" (i.e. subject to the reduced dividend tax rate) for Canadian investors?
Thanks!
Thanks!
Q: Can you comment of Boardwalk’s most recent quarter? I own Boardwalk (10% gain) and Interrent (75% gain). After starting their intention to diversify away from Alberta and Saskatchewan over a year ago, little progress has been achieved by Boardwalk. I’m debating selling Boardwalk and putting the proceeds to work in Interrent on a pullback since I already own a position. Would you be ok with this move? I would maintain the same sector weighting (10%) but it would be all in one stock and some ETFs vs 2 stocks.
Thanks,
Jason

Q: Hello. What are your thoughts on Ensign Energy Services (ESI.T)? They recently had a dividend reduction after engaging in the purchase of a competitor (Trinidad Drilling). The stock has collapsed and continues on a downward spiral. Is this a good long-term (5 yrs+) investment?
I am down considerably right now, should I take my losses or average down right now? Thank you.

Q: My portfolio has held up reasonably well so far in the current downturn , so I am not sure whether replacing ccl.b with Costco is worth doing. I have been reading positive comments about Costco and could use more US exposure. Do I want more US exposure in this environment ?
The reason for selling CCLB is that I still have a healthy profit in it and am considering protecting it.
My intent is that this would be a longterm decision,
and done in my TFSA where I currently hold
ccl.
Thanks in advance

Q: Hello,
I was watching an interview on BNN with Mr. Wonderful where he disclosed this little company which is using psychedelics for treatment of depression, PTSD, ADHD in adults, drug addiction therapies and a host of other potential avenues. After doing some light digging it also turns out Linton is on the board of this company. They trade on the NEO exchange which I have never heard of, can you give me your opinion of this exchange and this very small company. I realize this is early days. This would be a flier long hold 5 years.

Q: Any thoughts on the mushroom space and this company?
Q: Some comments on Genesis please. They've suffered from a hate for anything related to oil, a well deserved market downturn, and coronavirus. On the other hand they have a substantial distribution, part of which is withheld by the IRA. Is this a sleeping dog best left alone?
