Investment Q&A

Not investment advice or solicitation to buy/sell securities. Do your own due diligence and/or consult an advisor.

Q: Trane has done exceedingly well over the past couple of years. I assume this has been due to outfitting data centers, increased need for air conditioning commercially and residentially and tech advances in their products. Do you still a good runway for growth and does the share price fairly reflect its value?

Appreciate your insight.

Q: Peter and His Wonder Team
I have owned Oran for years and an up with a good dividend. However I just see that they are voluntarily delisting from the NYSE and will only trade in Europe. What does this mean for me. How complicated would this be for tracking, buying or selling? Thinking that maybe I should just sell now. Please give me your opinion. Thanks for your help!

Q: Trump has stated that he intends to impose a 10% Tariff on all goods entering the country to make America great again. The small oil producers and coal lobby are also aligned with him and expecting favours. Could Enbridge get caught up in this mess? I would like to start a position but I’m uncertain of the risks. I appreciate your thoughts.

Q: I have a GIC coming out with an auto reinvestment rate of 3.75%. I would like to buy 5 stocks as well as 5 elf's or .......? that pay at least 5% and are reasonably safe with possible capital gains. This will a total of 10 investments of 10k each. I think that we can do much better than 3.75% and would appreciate your recommendations or suggestions! Thanks, James
