Q: Hi,
I would value your opinion on this company. Its growth trajectory would appear to be difficult to maintain, yet next year's projected revenues would imply it may be able to continue to grow fairly rapidly. I look forward to any comments you may wish to offer - and yes, I would assume it is risky.
thanks,
Dawn

Q: Hi 5i Group,
What do you feel the maximum percentage of one's portfolio should be in any one stock and the max in any one sector?
Thanks,
Ken

Q: for Derek on transferring money to the US. We use VBCE here in Vancouver and they have a great little app that allows you to transfer from our Cdn Account at CIBC to our Wells Fargo account in the US with no fees and a significantly better exchange rate. We have kids in school in the US so transfers occur quite frequently and they give a better rate depending on your forecasted amount for the year.
Cheers

Q: Below is the longer term performance of HQU for 1,3,6month and 1,3,5,10 year periods, along with the Fund Quartile rating. With this longer term return, why wouldn't I just use this fund as my only proxy for NASDAQ listed stocks? The same with SSO for SPY listed stocks? Seems like an easy was to outperform (and under) the markets.

Your thoughts please, pros and cons.

Q: Hello Peter, a 'Market Call' guest whom I've learned to listen to closely over many years (you are the other; hence my 5i membership) recommended Imperial Oil in that sector, largely because he perceived its downside risk to be minimal due to its current price relative to book value. I have a large position in CNQ and a smaller one in Tourmaline. But I'd like to add to my O&G holdings with a stock with a 'lowish' downside. Would you concur with the IMO recommendation for this purpose, or would you suggest I just add to the CNQ and/or Tourmaline. Thank you!

Q: Could I have your comments on Athabasca Oil's press release late yesterday with their Operational Update and 2020 budget. What is the life of their reserves? I am correct in interpreting from the release that for every US$5 increase in WTI above US$45 WTI (considering a $17.50 WCS differential) the company stands to benefit CDN$70 million? At $0.53 this morning is this company worth taking a risk. Thanks
