Q: What would you recommend for stock analysis software, similar to VectorVest but less expensive. I know nothing can predict the market, but it would be interesting to see what kind of info the analysis software generates.
Thanks!

Q: If President Trump is returned to office on November 5th, and given his promise to unleash American oil and gas production, would energy service stocks experience a significant tail wind. If yes, please provide your top suggestions, both U.S. and Canadian. Thanks

Q: Retired, dividend income investor. NRGI (the income ETF of Eric's) has been around since March 07/22. I've owned it since Oct 2022 and am basically flat.

The last question on NRGI was roughly a year and a half ago. What are your current thoughts on it's performance since inception and how it looks going forward?

For perspective, this is a smaller position for me, while I have a very full position in Eric's NNRG ETF (which has done incredibly well for me).

Thanks....Steve

Q: Hello Team,

Can I get your thoughts on Gold over the next few years. I currently have about 3% of my portfolio in Gold stocks and thinking about increasing to 5-6%.

Where do you think the market in general will price Gold stocks? Do you see an "AI" type frenzy at all coming with gold prices heading towards $3000. I feel most companies are under priced/valued.

Can you give me your top 3-4 high growth gold stocks.

Thanks.

Q: Hello! I invested some of my young son's money into bkcl, thinking that Canadian banks are reliable and it will grow over time. The fees for the ETF are high, but it pays about 12% dividend monthly. It actually pays more, but I have deductions as I don't live in Canada. What is your opinion about this kind of etf, ie based on Canadian banks, high management fee but very high regular dividend? Thank you!

Q: A member's question regarding CAD companies that would be most negatively affected by the effect of a Trump victory on Canadian co's with large exposure to the US highlighted the list I included above. I can possibly understand why LNR and MG would be negatively affected, but why should Canadian oil producers (and a pipeline co which doesn't compete with a US pipeline Co's route) also be affected by a commodity covered by NAFTA 2 which was approved under the previous Trump administration?

Q: Why has boardwalks unit price cratered over the past month or two especially considering sizeable interest rate moves lower (even at or anbove expectations). I know boardwalk trades at a premium to the group but I thought this was due to outperformance and lack of rent controls. Just wondering if this is now a good opportunity to add again? I own relatively large positions in Boardwalk and especially Killam in the sector. I don’t own any real estate myself so I have used these as a proxy. Thanks!?

Q: Hi There,
I currently have small positions in FTS (1.5%) and PBH (1.1%) which I am contemplating selling both and starting a new position in TIH for a higher growth profile. In your opinion, would you expect TIH to grow fast than the other two?
Thank you,
